Cultural Detective® facilitated online courses are highly interactive, educational, and a whole lot of fun. We assure you they are unlike any other you have attended. These events enable you to work from your desktop via the internet, saving you travel time and cost, building your team's competence with intercultural concepts and the Cultural Detective® methodology, and strengthening teamwork and collaboration.
| Online, via internet with sound/headset 27 September and 29 September 2010 1400-1530 UTC/GMT (10:00-11:30 New York/1600-1730 CEST/2200-2330 Singapore) The online workshop is conducted in two parts, held during the same timeframe both days. Price includes registration for both days. The first 90 minute session gives participants an introduction to the Cultural Detective method and Worksheet. Participants will debrief a critical incident and learn to use and teach others to use the CD Worksheet. The Worksheet enables ongoing structured learning, conflict resolution, and planning. The second 90 minute session provides participants familiarity with Values Lenses, including how to use Values Lenses to supplement critical incident debriefing, how to create and help others to create a Personal Values Lens, and how to use Lenses for team and intercultural effectiveness. | Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA 31 October - 1 November 2010 This workshop is scheduled as a post-conference event for the IDI conference, because Cultural Detective® is one of the premier tools for IDI-guided development. It will be hosted by the University of Minnesota and take place on their campus. Facilitated by Tatyana Fertelmeyster, demonstration materials will include Cultural Detective Global Teamwork and Cultural Detective Self Discovery. |
| Academic Credit Any of the above Cultural Detective® Facilitator Certification courses can be taken for 2 academic credits (graduate level quarter credits). An additional fee for the credit course must be paid upon registration.
